SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

At Kashi Jewellery, we prioritize efficient shipping and safe delivery of your orders. Please review our policy to understand our shipping practices:
 

Shipping Charges

For Standard Domestic Shipping ₹80 per order (non-refundable). Free Shipping is Available on domestic orders above ₹3,000.
 

Order Dispatch Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation.
 

Delivery Partner

We ship through DTDC. If your pin code is not serviceable by DTDC, we will use India Post.
 

Delivery Timeframe

For Metro Cities the Delivery within 2 to 3 working days. and for other locations delivery is within 5 to 6 working days.
 

International Orders

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 98442 45002.

 

Delays and Cancellations

In case of a shipment delay due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, customs clearance, or courier delays), customers cannot request cancellations or refunds until the issue is resolved.

 

If a shipment is returned to us due to restrictions or delivery issues, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

Product Quality and Damages

All products are quality-checked and packed with at most care. If you receive a damaged product, please:


• Share photos of the damaged product on email or WhatsApp.
• Provide an unboxing video to initiate a claim for the damaged product.

No Returns, No Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9844245002 within 24 hours of receiving your order. To assist with your claim, an unboxing video is required as proof of damage.

Return Process for Defective Items

If a return is approved for a defective product, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any associated risks. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 working days. The amount will be credited directly to your bank account.
